Ken’s practice includes representation of clients in a broad range of real estate and business ventures including development of historical buildings, unimproved land, commercial pads, existing commercial, and multifamily real estate transactions. His representation includes due diligence and title review, negotiation and preparation of acquisition and disposition documents, as well as listing, management, development, and other agreements pertaining to real property. Ken’s practice also includes a broad range of associated general corporate and business matters, leasing (retail, office and mixed use), ground leasing, and the preparation and negotiation of various financing products (with an emphasis on construction lending and agency financing). Ken works with institutional and private party lenders, borrower, RE developers, landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and their respective affiliates.

Ken’s estate planning, trust administration, and asset protection practice serves individuals and families throughout Arizona and Utah.
